PROBLEM Bad Service and Flight Delayed 4X

THE INCIDENT
Fri 5 Feb

•I was Bumped off flight SAA1014 scheduled for 18:10 departing from Bloem to JHB. Given a R60 voucher to wait for a flight to be arranged scheduled for 20:10. This flight was then further delayed to 21:10, then 21:30 and finally took off at 22:00 as flight SAA 1018. Instead of this convenience been accompanied by an apology, it was accompanied by one ****after another in attempt to passify us. “Aircraft has left JHB to collect us” we were told at 5pm. The rescheduled flight will depart at 20h10. We have a weight problem with the 18h10 flight and the 19h40 is fully booked. The 16h00 flight was cancelled. After various lies my 18h10 flight was now 20h10 which was delayed to 21h10, then to 21h30 and finally we were surprised to depart at 22h00 without an apology nor explanation. Finally before takeoff the pilot apologized. The Monday prior to this pathetic service, the same airline returned my bag damaged. I received a reference number at the airport in PE. I then called the call centre to find out the process to be followed. Had to call in twice and on both occasions I had to spend more time listening to croaking birds as the consultant was too ill-informed to assist.
